TRACI.net Selects VoX Communications for Wholesale Voice over IP Services

Business VoIP Provider Will Sell Private-labeled VoX VoIP to its Broadband Customers

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. and CELEBRATION, Fla., July 25, 2005 – eLEC Communications Corp. (OTCBB:ELEC), an integrated communications service provider, today announced that TRACI.net, a provider of business VoIP services located in Deerfield Beech, Fla., has signed a contract with eLEC’s wholly owned subsidiary VoX Communications, to obtain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services for its broadband customers on a private-label basis. VoX Communications is a premier packet communications services company providing residential and business Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service nationwide.

VoX’s CIO Mark Richards stated, “We continue to attract progressive companies to our wholesale VoIP services and welcome TRACI.net to our network. We are finding that carriers who enter our trial platform are impressed that the toll-grade quality voice, plug-and-play adapter, and feature-rich web portal are more sophisticated and reliable than they have come to expect from VoIP calls. We are very confident in our ability to continue to offer a quality and a robust product as we ramp up with significant customer acquisitions.”

TRACI.net’s General Manager Darin Gull added, “For some time now, we have been looking for a high- quality wholesale provider who can handle our growth. We ran over 50,000 minutes through the VoX VoIP platform as part of our evaluation, and we are very pleased with every aspect of the service. The quality of their service, along with the technical ability of their support staff were major factors in our decision to go with VoX. In addition to using VoX as our primary termination carrier, we have made the decision to use them as a DID origination provider as well. VoX VoIP has been a very good experience for everyone at TRACI.net.”
