CELEBRATION, Fla., August 24, 2006 – VoX Communications Corp., eLEC Communications Corp.'s (OTCBB: ELEC) wholesale and retail provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services nationwide, today announced a Master Agent agreement with DTNet Technologies, a value-added distributor of broadband, wireless and VoIP products. DTNet Technologies will market VoX's hosted digital voice platform to its customer base, which includes National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) member companies. The solution will help providers, many of whom are existing DTNet clients, better attract and retain customers with an affordable digital telephone offering.
